For growing brands.
Entering a new city, region or country? Measure how assistants describe you there before the first campaign runs, and correct the record while it is still cheap to.
Each report covers one market, so you can compare Madrid with Lisbon with Milan side by side.
Run before launch. Everything you do afterwards is measured against a real starting point.
Questions can be run in English and Spanish, with other languages on request.
The problem with entering a new market
In your home market the assistants have read about you for years. In a new one they may have read nothing — or worse, a single old press mention that frames you as something you no longer are. Meanwhile local incumbents are described in detail, with prices, opening hours and specialities. When a buyer in the new market asks for a recommendation, the assistant reaches for the businesses it understands.
Advertising does not fix this. Assistants do not read your ads. They read your website, the directories, the press and the review platforms, and they form a belief. Visiqn shows you that belief, market by market, and tells you what has to exist for it to change.
What a multi-market engagement looks like
- Baseline — one report per target market before launch. Usually two to five markets.
- Gap analysis — we consolidate the fix lists into one plan, ordered by market priority and expected impact.
- Quarterly re-runs — each market measured against its own baseline, so you can see which markets moved and which did not.
Typical findings for a brand entering a market
- The brand is named only for generic questions, never for local ones (“near me”, “in Lisbon”).
- The assistant describes the brand in the home-market language even when asked in the local one.
- A single outdated article dominates the assistant's picture because it is the only local source.
- The local site or landing page has no schema and no address, so the assistant cannot place the brand geographically.
Pricing
Single reports are $149 per market. Brands that need three or more markets on a quarterly cadence should contact us — we will put together a plan priced per market rather than per report.
