Terms of use.
These terms apply to your use of visiqn.com and to any report or service you purchase from Visiqn (“we”, “us”), a service founded in 2026 and based in Spain. By using the website or ordering a report you accept them.
1. The service
Visiqn produces reports that measure how AI assistants (currently ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity) respond to buyer-intent questions about a business and its market, and that audit the business's public website for AI-readiness. The exact scope of each report is described on the How it works and Pricing pages at the time of order.
2. Ordering and delivery
- An order is confirmed when we acknowledge it by email and you have provided the information we need (website, industry, location).
- We aim to deliver within 48 hours of confirmation (24 hours on Agency plans). Delivery times are targets, not guarantees.
- Quarterly and Agency plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel by email at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country. Single reports are paid before delivery; plans are invoiced in advance for each period. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
4. Nature of the results
AI assistants change their answers over time and can differ between sessions, regions and model versions. A report is an accurate record of what the assistants returned when we queried them, using the method described in the report. It is not a guarantee of how they will answer at another time, and it is not a promise that following the fix list will produce any particular outcome. You remain responsible for decisions you make on the basis of a report.
5. Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you own, or are authorised to commission a report about, the business you submit.
- You will not use the service to harass, defame or unlawfully monitor any business or individual.
- Agency customers may resell reports under their own brand but remain responsible to their clients for the use made of them.
6. Intellectual property
You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the reports we deliver to you for your own business (or, on Agency plans, your clients' businesses). The method, templates and scoring models remain ours. The visiqn.com website and its design are ours and may not be copied.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your reports and the information you give us as confidential and do not share them with third parties except as described in our privacy policy. Anonymised, aggregated statistics (for example, average mention rates by industry) may be published.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with a report or plan is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.
9. Consumers
If you order as a consumer rather than a business, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because a report is produced specifically for you, you agree that work begins once your order is confirmed and that withdrawal is no longer possible once the report has been delivered.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. We may suspend or end the service for a customer who breaches these terms. You can stop using the website at any time.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be brought before the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform.
