Privacy policy.
Visiqn (“we”, “us”) is a service founded in 2026 and based in Spain. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data-protection law.
1. Who is responsible
Visiqn, Spain, is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@visiqn.com.
2. What we collect
When you contact us or order a report
- Your name, email address and any message you send.
- The website, industry and location you ask us to measure.
- Billing details needed to issue an invoice.
When you visit the website
- Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, kept for security and for up to 30 days.
- We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on visiqn.com. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and 3-D libraries from public CDNs; those providers may see your IP address when the files are requested.
When we produce a report
- Public information about your business and your competitors as returned by AI assistants and as published on your website.
- The questions we generate and the answers we receive. These may include names of businesses and, occasionally, of individuals mentioned publicly in connection with them.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry and delivering a report you ordered | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) |
| Invoicing and accounting | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
| Keeping the website secure | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Sending you an occasional update about the service | Consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
4. Who we share it with
To produce a report we send the generated questions to the operators of the AI assistants we measure (currently OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and Perplexity). Those questions describe your market and may name your business; they do not contain your personal contact details. We also use hosting, email and invoicing providers who process data on our behalf under written agreements. Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area; where that is the case we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share your report with anyone but you, unless you ask us to.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 12 months after our last exchange.
- Reports and the data behind them: for the life of your account plus 12 months, so quarterly comparisons remain possible.
- Invoices: as required by Spanish tax law, currently 6 years.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Write to hello@visiqn.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), or to the authority in your own country.
7. Businesses that appear in reports
Reports describe how AI assistants publicly characterise businesses. If you are a person named in a report produced for someone else and believe information about you is inaccurate, contact us and we will review it.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to the people who need it to deliver the service. No method of storage is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the authorities if a breach affecting your data occurs, as the law requires.
9. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced to customers by email.
