Reading your Visiqn report.

Section by section: what each number means, what a good one looks like, and what to do first.

1. Summary page

Your mention rate, your readiness score, the number of errors found and the top three fixes. If you read nothing else, read this and do the three fixes.

2. Mention rate

The share of the 120 answers that named you, then broken down by assistant and by question type (recommendation, comparison, price, trust, urgency). A rate under 20% means assistants mostly do not know you well enough to name you. 20–50% means you appear for some questions — usually the generic ones — and are missing for others. Over 50% means you are a default answer in your market; the work shifts to accuracy and to holding the position.

3. Competitor rankings

Every business the assistants named for your questions, ranked by how often. Look for two things: who is above you, and whether the same names appear across all four assistants. A competitor named by all four is being read from several strong sources; one named by one assistant only is usually riding a single directory.

4. Factual errors

Each wrong claim, with the assistant that made it, the question it was answering, and the source it cited or matched. Fix these first — a wrong price or wrong hours actively loses customers, and the source is usually a ten-minute correction.

5. AI-readiness score

0–100, with the fifteen checks shown as pass, partial or fail. Below 40, the assistants cannot build a clear picture of you from your site; the schema and entity items in the fix list are the priority. 40–70 is typical for a well-run small business site; the citation-worthiness items will move you most. Above 70, the site is not the problem and the work is in sources and content.

6. Fix list

Ordered by expected impact on mention rate. Each item says what to change, where, and why — written so a business owner can hand it to whoever edits the website. Most lists are five to eight items; do them in order.

7. Appendix — the raw answers

All 120 answers, with the question, the assistant, the model version and the date. Everything above can be checked against this. It is also what makes the quarterly comparison possible: the next report runs the same questions and shows what changed.

What to do in the first week

  1. Correct the sources behind every factual error.
  2. Do the first three items of the fix list.
  3. Put a date on your hours and contact pages.
  4. Schedule the next measurement for the following quarter.
